📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of 10-15 operational staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and development opportunities for operational staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics and supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
