📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and review import/export documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian customs regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and logistics partners to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
• Use SIPP and SATUIN systems to manage and track customs clearances.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on customs procedures and requirements.
• Monitor and report on clearance times and any delays, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clearance procedures.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate, and that clearances are done on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance, preferably in the manufacturing, logistics, or transportation sectors.
• Certification as a Customs Clearance Officer (PPJK) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in using SIPP and SATUIN systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
