📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) such as BambooHR or Workday.
- Support the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Assist in employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and grievances.
- Support HR analytics and reporting, providing data-driven insights to the HR team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
- Proficient in using HRIS software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
