As a Medical Store Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their medical needs and ensuring they leave satisfied. You will also work closely with our team to maintain a clean and well-stocked store, using tools like QuickBooks for inventory management and customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stock and organize medical products to maintain a well-ordered store.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and usage instructions.
• Use inventory management software to track stock levels and restock items as needed.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic store environment.
• Handle cash transactions and manage customer payments.
• Assist in promotional activities and display of medical products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or medical store setting.
• Familiarity with medical products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks or similar inventory management software.
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg.
