📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit debtor locations to collect overdue payments.
• Document and record payment details accurately using our in-house collection software.
• Communicate effectively with debtors to understand their financial situation and negotiate payment plans.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to maintain positive relationships with debtors.
• Follow up on non-payment cases and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain and update debtor information in our collection system.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for debt collection.
• Report daily activities and collection results to the team supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with local regulations and laws related to debt collection.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
