📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire powder coating process, including equipment maintenance and quality control.
• Manage a team of powder coating technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate powder coating solutions into automotive products.
• Implement best practices in powder coating, continuously improving processes to meet industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in the powder coating process.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work with suppliers to source high-quality powder coating materials and equipment.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the powder coating process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in powder coating, with a strong background in automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Certification in powder coating or related technical fields is a plus.
• Proficient in using powder coating equipment and software, such as powder coating guns, ovens, and quality control systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO and ASTM standards.
