📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct workforce analysis and forecasting to support business growth.
• Design and implement talent management programs using SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change initiatives.
• Create and manage performance management systems to ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR strategy.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on HR matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR strategy and workforce planning.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing HR strategies using SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Certification in HR strategy or workforce planning is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
