In this role, you will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to design, implement, and maintain mechanical automation systems. You will use industry-standard tools such as PLCs, HMI, and SCADA systems, as well as programming languages like ladder logic and structured text. Daily, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical automation systems, including robots, conveyors, and other mechanical components.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and implement automation solutions.
• Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems using ladder logic and structured text.
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive checks to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
• Perform system integration and commissioning, ensuring seamless operation of automation systems.
• Document system configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical automation, robotics, or industrial automation.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as ladder logic and structured text.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and standards in industrial automation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Automation Professional (CAP) or Certified Robotics Technician (CRT) are a plus.
