📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and clean guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring all areas are spotless and comfortable for our guests.
• Inspect rooms daily to identify any maintenance issues and report them promptly to the maintenance team.
• Maintain and restock room amenities, including linens, towels, toiletries, and other supplies.
• Follow and enforce housekeeping protocols and procedures to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping supervisor to manage workload and meet daily targets.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and ensure all cleaning practices are environmentally friendly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with housekeeping software and tools such as Housekeeper or similar systems.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg of weight.
