📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of mineral rights opportunities in Bangka Belitung, utilizing GIS software and databases like ArcGIS and QGIS.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports on mineral rights status, including legal documentation, compliance records, and environmental impact assessments.
• Collaborate with legal and environmental teams to ensure all mineral rights activities comply with Indonesian regulations and international standards.
• Negotiate and finalize mineral rights agreements with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and private entities.
• Monitor and manage mineral rights portfolios, tracking renewals, transfers, and other legal changes.
• Provide expert advice on mineral rights valuation and strategic planning to support business development initiatives.
• Represent the company in stakeholder meetings and negotiations, advocating for our interests and ensuring smooth operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in mineral rights management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian mineral laws and regulations, including the Mineral and Coal Mining Law (UU No. 4 of 2009) and related regulations.
• Proven experience in mineral rights acquisition, leasing, and management, with a strong understanding of environmental and social impact assessments.
• Familiarity with GIS software and databases, such as ArcGIS and QGIS, for spatial analysis and data visualization.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Professional certification in mineral rights management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
