📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement asset recovery strategies to maximize returns and minimize losses.
- Coordinate with legal, collections, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce and SAP to manage and track asset recovery processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in asset recovery.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset recovery or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and banking practices.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
- Certification in Financial Risk Management or Asset Recovery is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
