📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.,Manage store budgets and expenses, and prepare financial reports.,Train and develop new employees to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience in inventory management and sales is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
