📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support personnel.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Plan and execute special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
