📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by greeting customers, providing product information, and processing transactions.,Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking products and ensuring displays are attractive.,Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and seek resolution when necessary.,Assist in inventory management by counting stock and reporting discrepancies.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery or pick-up.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with using point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Good mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
