📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Manage and coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management systems.,Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve organizational goals.,Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain activities with business objectives.,Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the supply chain industry.,Strong knowledge of supply chain software and systems.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing supply chain operations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and supply chain dynamics is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
