📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support.,Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure the safety and quality of our products.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.,Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.,Conduct research and development activities to improve product quality and innovation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Provide technical support and training to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in quality control and assurance processes.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety regulations and industry standards is a plus.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
