📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of the outlet, including stock control and inventory management.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.,Promote products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Assist in the organization of sales promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assist in the training of new staff members.,Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and outlet performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles.,Familiarity with using point of sale (POS) systems.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Fluent in Indonesian, with basic English skills.
