📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges.,Support the management team in achieving operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
