Code Gate Pratama is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our company fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of our vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and available for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good condition and available for use.,Schedule and organize vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with our mechanics and vendors.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with all legal requirements.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other employees regarding vehicle usage and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software and familiar with fleet management systems.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
