📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing and coordinating operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and engagement activities.
• Handle scheduling, logistics, and event coordination for various projects.
• Assist in maintaining and updating operational databases and systems.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including document management and data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of event planning and logistics is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
