📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Oversee staff training and development to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and provide feedback.
  • Work closely with the Outlet Manager to achieve overall business goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English.
