In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall growth and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.,Coordinate with the HR Manager to organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a fair and transparent resolution process.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Support the HR Manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Previous experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment is a plus.
