📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and are in good condition.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Work closely with the Assistant Store Manager and other department heads to ensure that the store meets all company goals and objectives.,Conduct regular stock checks and reorders to ensure that the store is well-stocked and meets customer demand.,Participate in store audits and quality control inspections to ensure that all company standards are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
