📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record all payment transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and transactions.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in opening and closing the cash register, ensuring accurate cash counts and bank deposits.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or similar role in the F&B industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
