As a Bar Back at Bali's Top Beach Clubs & Bars, you'll be the backbone of our operations. You'll work closely with our bartenders, servers, and management team to ensure that our venues run smoothly and efficiently. Your daily tasks will include stocking and organizing the bar, preparing drinks, assisting with events, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to be part of Bali's thriving nightlife scene.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Stocking and organizing the bar with drinks, glasses, and supplies
- Preparing and mixing drinks as needed
- Assisting bartenders with drink preparation and service
- Ensuring the bar area is clean and well-maintained
- Supporting event setup and breakdown
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking
- Providing excellent customer service to guests and staff alike
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar or hospitality role
- Familiarity with bar tools and equipment, such as shakers, jiggers, and strainers
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of cocktails and mixology is a plus
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
