Lingkungan Dian Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Sanur. As an Assistant HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in managing our human resources activities.

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks and supporting the HR Manager in ensuring that our employees are happy, healthy, and productive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks as needed.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
