We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Field Sales to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong desire to build relationships with clients. The Assistant Field Sales will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.,Visit and meet with clients to discuss product offerings and address their needs.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits.
