📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support the company's strategic goals.,Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Lead and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
