Indonesia Cargo is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce. This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and labor laws.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
