📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent.,Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruitment partners.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for our organization's culture and needs.,Collaborate with the HR team to align talent acquisition efforts with overall business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition professional or similar role, with a track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source and attract top talent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.,Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
