📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the sales counter, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Drive sales growth by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable gold jewelry products.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high standards of service and sales performance.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service in the jewelry or retail industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of gold jewelry products and the market.,Familiarity with sales software and inventory management systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills.
