The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring our delivery and transportation services run smoothly and cost-effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce costs.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring they are handled safely and securely.,Track and manage vehicle insurance and registration documents.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
